  • 2 pounds Aspen Ridge® sliced skirt steak
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sage
